 Description   

1. make a flat world .
2. Then spawn some of mobs .
3. fly far far away to sky .
4. then back to the mobs (the will be gone) .

As per MCPE-8080, this issue may need to be reopened.
Osama, were the mobs in question spawned via a spawn egg?

No that's not true, only the hostile mobs despawn, when you go far away from them.

oh that's bad that's mean if you have farm (Example) and you go away all the mobs well gone !!

I think that what is happening to you is called despawning. Look it up on the mine craft wiki
