The top texture of clouds is not rendered until all terrain in the player's render distance has been fully generated. This can occur both with fancy and non-fancy graphics. |

Probably fixed in 0.13 Does this bug still appear in 0.13.0? If so please respond. |

On iPad mini 2, iOS 8.1.3, it's either the top or bottom layer so it seems quite random |
