 Description

The top texture of clouds is not rendered until all terrain in the player's render distance has been fully generated. This can occur both with fancy and non-fancy graphics.
I have tested this when flying above the clouds in creative mode with the view distance on the fifth selection (approximately 512 blocks), while near newly generating terrain.
It can also occur on the clouds' bottom texture, seemingly only when the player spawns directly beneath a cloud's edge.

Probably fixed in 0.13

Does this bug still appear in 0.13.0? If so please respond.

On iPad mini 2, iOS 8.1.3, it's either the top or bottom layer so it seems quite random
