 Description

In the newest versions of Pocket Edition I've had a lot of trouble with items in chests disappearing, the chest itself disappearing from the world, or inventory in chests not updating after saving/quitting the game. In one instance I was able to pull out some granite blocks from a chest, save, quit, reload and pull the same granite blocks out again.

This is kindof ruining the fun of the game

I didn't have this problem with the 0.9.x series of Minecraft and logged in 50-100 hours no problem. Only since the game updated after September of last year and version 0.10.x game out did I start having problems with disappearing items/chests.

No screenshot available. I put it in a chest and it disappeared...

Can confirm on iPhone 6 plus. Not only does the chest disappear, but when I try to replace it next to another chest to form the double chest I had before, the chest will not set on the same side of the chest It was on before, so I have to move the double chest else where. This happened to me 3 times playing in 2 hours this morning.

Can confirm on Galaxy S5 Android 4.4.2
Sometimes chests become invisible and lost all their content.

Went to double check and now the chests are working normally.

Oddly, the filesize is jumping between 1mb and 4mb every time I start minecraft.

Will reload minecraft and make a new world, hopefully in a different section of my iPAD's memory to make sure this isn't just a memory problem.

I have a working "save" of this happening right now and can make a backup via iTunes.
