 Description

When you die by void (fall out of the world), the items dont drop when die. And if your inventory was opened, you can still put/take off the armor and craft other items and if you were opening the chest and you died, u can still take stuff from chest. Its easy to fix, please just dont forget :3 team mcpe <3

This was fixed in build 14. When i fall into the void, it closes the crafting grid /inventory.

Kinda fixed in 0.11.0 build 5... You lose your items, but the GUI is still there for inventory and crafting

Yup still affects 0.10.5. I drowned the Steve while in the 2x2 crafting menu and made a nice crafting table post mortem that even resurrected with me.

Does this still apply in 0.10.5?

Confirmed. Affects 0.9.0 alpha build 3. survival world Running on Samsung Galaxy S4, Android 4.4.2 (stock). If you die underwater, falling or by being attacked while in your inventory menu is open, I would expect the menu to close immediately on death and go to the "You Died!" screen. Instead inventory stays open, all items in the quick list drop but your inventory remains full. You can interact with the tabs and even craft an item. The crafted item stays with you when you respawn. These effects also occur if you are working your crafting table when you die. I have not tested effects of death during equiping / unequiping armor.

When hurt (spider/death underwater tested) while interacting with a chest, the menu disappears and the chest closes immediately taking you to the "You died!" screen.
