Upon building structures on Minecraft PE, I noticed that stone walls, both non-mossy and mossy, will not appear to be connected when placed underwater. I have attached two photos displaying this bug I found. One is displaying them in water, which is where the bug takes place, and the other is displaying them out of the water, which is where the bug doesn't take place. I hope you can fix this bug soon!
