 Description

The thing is that sugar cane does not disappear after water is removed and then behaves wierdly.

What I expected to happen was...:
The sugar cane would disappear.

What actually happened was...:
The sugar can stayed and behaved oddly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place water in a 1x1x1 hole. Then place sugar cane near.
2. Remove water, sugar cane stays. Use bonemeal if one block of sugar cane.
3. As you can see, it behaves very oddly.

Affects 1.0.4.11.

wizmoz That's the problem. When the water is removed, it SHOULD cause a block update on the sugarcane and cause it to break.

Maybe an block update has not been triggered so it looks like that
