Destroying the core before the reactor cools down causes it to always be night.
Ex: You sleep and only get one minute of daylight and then says dark.

Breaking the Core will now allow the day-night cycle to start/continue again.

Can confirm for 0.10.4 on iPhone 6 plus (iOS 8.1.3). Explanation: mining the core before deactivation freezes all aspects of the reactor cycle.

Cleaning up all the old issues - please reply if this affects 0.9.3.

I have done that before, and my day/night has not been effected. I did, however, leave the glowing obsidian in place.
