The water began falling, then I closed the app, then reopened it, and the water level didn't fall.
What I expected to happen was...:
Describe what you thought should happen here
I expected the water level to continue falling.
What actually happened was...:
Describe what happened here
The water level froze where it left off and whould not go down.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ... Build an ice pyramid 1 block away from cloud level
3. ... Place a water bucket at the top, wait for the water to get to the bottom of the pyramid, then delete the water you placed at the top. exit the game and close the app, then re open the app and the game, and the water will continue to flow, but the water level will stay where it was when you left.

Confirmed on iPod Touch 5g, also happens the same with the lava, try out with the seed "nyan" (without the quotes) to see the lava fall.
