| Description |
|
When on multiplayer, if you quit and copy the hosts map it only saves the seed but not what has been built. |

Ich habe einen Bug gefunden wo man durch die Blätter hindurch sehen kann. Wenn man ein Blatt setzt und ein Tageslichtsensor nebendran platziert sieht man ein bisschen durch das Blatt. |

Well this feature was removed, this cant be fixed until the devs reimplement it again. |

I would rather have a half world than not being able to copy at all... This is not a solution mojang |

|
That's not a solution..... |

1 Awsome builds! 2 You don't have to worry about that anymore because they removed copy world. |

The paintings had been a part of a castle... |

A thing similar to This happened to me the other day, but I had only been disconnected from the server. I went to a part of the map no one had been on while I had joined, and found only paintings floating, (pic above). I hadn't quit and copied. |

|
Oh, yea... It also seems to save little things, like paintings |

Example of this on a small scale (attachment) |

I've only done it my self, recently I've only been playing with one other person, also if you want to save the entire world you have to put blocks here and there everywhere |
| Comment by Alexander Williams [ 05/Mar/13 ] |
|
Is it just you, or can all players put the blocks down? What if you want to save the entire world? |
| Comment by Damasta Altman [ 05/Mar/13 ] |
|
That's why, you need to put a block here and there all around and through the area you want to save, it will save, it's annoying though and of course you'll have to remove all the blocks |
| Comment by Alexander Williams [ 04/Mar/13 ] |
|
No... I put down about ten blocks, BUT they were all really close to each other |
| Comment by Damasta Altman [ 04/Mar/13 ] |
|
Probably because you just put one block, you must put blocks here and there everywhere you are trying to save, trust me it works you just have to put enough |

I tried that, and it saved one wall of the entire castle. |

A way to get around this is place a block here and there around and on anything you want to save before you save. Seems like the game doesn't save anything unless it sees you working there. |

This is also happening to me on Android (Xoom & Samsung Note 10.1 tablet and Samsung Note phone), that is, I experience partial saves, it saves what I've been working on, but not what else has been built in other areas of the land (this was experienced in "creative" mode). This copy is a very useful feature and would be nice if it worked correctly. With regards to "Walter Henstra", grow up and make you server invisible by default, this will stop people connecting to your world if I'm not mistaken!!! |

Wow, that was a LOT |

This also happens to me. I tried quit and copying a map, but only what appeared to be a chunk actually saved. The rest reverted to its original seed. I tried this several times, with only the same chunk loading each time. Also, when others joined my copied map, as soon as they spawned, they began suffocating. (The spawn was made to be underground[on the original]). When they got out, they saw only the original seed, they could not see the saved chunks additions. The game did save, however, the position of the animals, and the dyed color of the sheep throughout the entire process. |

When I try to copy someone's world it just makes a partial copy. So, basically, half the stuff is missing and all the chests are empty. |

I can also confirm that only the seed is copied. This was a survival map that was copied from an iPhone 4s (6.1) to a 1G iPad (5.1.1). Both running MCPE 0.6.1. |
