This is still an issue. How to duplicate. Place 1 Pillar quartz block top facing ground, then make the top of the second block face the side of the first block. If I were to do this with 3 other blocks and stack one additional block on top of the first than this would be the end result. http://i.imgur.com/LE8ko.jpg Right now this block isn't able to be placed sideways like logs and hay bales but should. I could only make the blocks look like the picture in the pc version of minecraft. Please test this in mcpe and place the blocks like the picture. You will see what I am talking about.

Sideways Pillar Quartz Blocks and Logs will be in 0.8.0.

As of 0.7.6 you cant place sideways blocks, Invalid
