 Description

When I have sent a message through the In game chat system on one world, the same message appears in other worlds.

I expected to see a fresh chat as it was a new world.

Instead the messages were replicated in other worlds.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Send a message on a survival world.
2. Exit world and make a fresh survival world.
3. Look in chat and you will see the message replicated there.

Cleaning up old issues, please reply if affecting 0.9.3

This is a bug. Different worlds should have different chat logs.

So if I was having a chat in one world, I can't have a new chat in another new world?

This isnt a bug, this is how it has to work (Work as Intended)
