Re-tested. Does not seem to be affecting 1.2.5 Beta Build 3 |

Confirmed for 1.2.3.6. The observer pulses once when a block is pulled away from it, and twice when a block is pushed in front of it. It doesn't matter what direction the observer is facing. |
