 Description

Occuring Issue:
When arrow gets hit by player in Minecraft: Pocket Edition the arrows don't stick on the player.

What We Expected:
When arrows hit a player, the arrow sticks to the player for a short period of time.

What they are suppose to do
Arrows are suppose to stick to players for a period of time then vanish shortly after.

Note
According the the Minecraft Community Manager this feature is already present on Minecraft: Windows 10 but is suppose to occur on Minecraft: Pocket Edition also.
