When playing a world with default terrain settings and creative mode, the game sometimes does not allow players to create a nether portal with flint and steel. |

Work as intended according to the official Minecraft Wiki you can't access the nether or the End on old setting for worlds on Minecraft PE as for all Bedrock editions. Unfortunately only infinite world types have access to the Nether and the End. "In Old worlds, the Nether and the End cannot be accessed unless the world is converted to the Infinite type." |

This issue is easily reproduced when using the old setting for a world. It is rare to have this issue in infinite worlds for some unknown reason. This could be an undeleted feature from an older version of Minecraft. |
