 Description

I logged into my saved game and my character had been "killed by zombie" despite being perfectly healthy the last time I closed the game. However I was spawned minus my gear and XP exactly where I was standing prior to my last exit only to be "killed by zombie" again. At this point the game crashed and upon reloading it spawned me at my house.

Yes, this has been a long-standing issue. The game starts ticking the world too early before the screen is rendered and starts accepting control. And the time lag between these events can be sometimes very long like 15 seconds even on devices with a decent machine power. 15 secs without accepting key/touch control is long enough for hostile mobs to kill players, which is a totally unreasonable cause of death.
