 Description   

The water bucket seems follow what texture above it, let say i'm inside a cave underneath sea when i use water bucket it will appear as normal water (blue) but if i use it inside cave underneath a swamp, the water inside the bucket changed to brown-black color despite the fact that the water inside the bucket was blue color. it only happens on certain area that change water texture (swamp for example).

This works as intended, because biomes extend down to bedrock.
