 Description

One day, I was playing Minecraft Pocket Edition on my Kindle Fire, when it crashed. After I got back on, my worlds were deleted. I tried to make a new world, but when ever I did, it worked, but when I exited out, it kept deleting my worlds. It deleted all the worlds I tried to make. It always keeps crashing and when I get back on, it says something like "Global Resources reset. A crash has been detected."

I can't even play Minecraft anymore, but I really want to. I was hoping you could help me fix this problem.

Thank you for your report!

Crashes such as these are now logged automatically, so will be investigated further by the development team internally.

Try checking where the current save location is under settings > profile > File Storage Location and set to external if it is not already. There seems to be problems with application storage.

By the sound of how you explain it, I assume one of the game's internal files got corrupted.

I'm not a staff, nor do I have links to the information you need, but a staff should be available eventually to give you the link as to how to backup your world saves, do a full reinstall, and also figure out why it broke.
