One day, I was playing Minecraft Pocket Edition on my Kindle Fire, when it crashed. After I got back on, my worlds were deleted. I tried to make a new world, but when ever I did, it worked, but when I exited out, it kept deleting my worlds. It deleted all the worlds I tried to make. It always keeps crashing and when I get back on, it says something like "Global Resources reset. A crash has been detected." I can't even play Minecraft anymore, but I really want to. I was hoping you could help me fix this problem. |

Thank you for your report! Crashes such as these are now logged automatically, so will be investigated further by the development team internally. Quick Links: |

Try checking where the current save location is under settings > profile > File Storage Location and set to external if it is not already. There seems to be problems with application storage. |

By the sound of how you explain it, I assume one of the game's internal files got corrupted. I'm not a staff, nor do I have links to the information you need, but a staff should be available eventually to give you the link as to how to backup your world saves, do a full reinstall, and also figure out why it broke. |
