I have the same problem with the Win 10 version on my Dell laptop, in different worlds and with different texture packs. The bobber animation doesn't bob, making it very difficult to fish, and almost impossible to fish in the rain. Instead of the bobbing with the concentric splash rings, you get the merest hint of a lowering of the bobber. Half the time I reel in at what time I think I should, I get nothing.

Relates to MCPE-17720, but I think this ticket should be kept open as it describes there being no sound when catching/reeling in a fish.
