 Description   

In Survival mode the armor, health and food bars are missing even when generating a new world. the xp bar is still present.

I can confirm this one, as well. The only resolution has been to run the texture pack as a global resource, but each user has to do this, manually, on their copy of the game.

Note that they may not always be missing. Frequently they are replaced by improper, or gibberish, graphics. It acts like the coordinate system, for the texture, is not reading correctly when a texture pack is used on a world.
