Verification builds:

Summary:
When placing a head on the side of a block, it has a high chance of showing the wrong texture for a split second (that of another head). This seems dependant on the orientation of the block side it is placed on (eg, if it's placed on the east side of a block, it will show a dragon head)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place a block of soul sand
  2. Place a wither skeleton skull on one of the the sides

Observed Results:
It will show a different head for a split second.

Expected Results:
It should just show the chosen head texture.
