When an Active Powered Rail is the first block on a downward slope, it does not act as a slope. Carts will graphically look like they are headed down, but slow down and can stop. At the end of the block, the cart will jump and fall on the next tile. Rail on the left has the bug. Rail on the right does not. |

Have you tried removing the torches? The cart could be clipping into them. |

Zip is at https://www.mediafire.com/?5i3g5nvwu0zag16 as the world is 11MB. In the tunnel is a small amount of normal rails, which work as normal, then the powered rails, which jump and slow the cart, then another set of normal rails which speed the cart up again. |
