 Description   

Trying to load up my realms server however I get stuck on the loading page and nothing happens after that. I could log in and play this morning. Nothing has changed since.

Yeah I forgot to included those, I'm trying to find an email for 4j right now to get in contact with them, although they more than likely are aware of the issue already.

You may want to add in that tweet somehow that it is also Windows 10 edition

UPDATE: I meant to get in touch with 4J Studios not Mojang, the issue still stands, the only thing I can suggest to everyone right now is if you have a twitter account, tweet @4jstudios with this message:

"@4JStudios There is a big issue with PE realms at the moment and nobody can connect to realms https://t.co/kN3eKsbYBQ please help 4J" the link leads here, if enough people tweet at them then they should see it.

I believe all platforms that support either the PE or Win 10 edition are affected. I've just tried the pocket edition now and the same thing happens.

ooh at-least thats a good news that its not subscription related but realms is not working even on windows 10 version of my laptop windows it has the same problem realms screen gets stuck on the purple loading screen i hope mojang fixes it quick

Good News is that it is not subscription related. It seems to be version related with the realms version. I'm guessing that they are not the same and refusing to talk to each other. Hence the syncing issue.

me and my friend too are having the same problem i bought a realm it is currently in trial the first payment will be from June 6 everything was good last night now when i try to open my realm it shows some text then it gets stuck in the purple screen i tried to reset the world i tried to upload another world and even tried to download the world nothing works and when i go to realms settings and then from there i go to subscription it states renew every 30 days

UPDATE:
After looking into the realms settings the subscription states: "renew every 0 days"
This could either be a syncing issue or a subscription issue.
Either way the server status on the mojang website states no issues

I am having the same issue on 3 different Android devices trying to connect to the same realm from multiple networks.

Played last night at home without issue on two devices (my tablet and my daughter's phone, both working together)

This morning loading hangs on that purple screen on both devices, so then I tried connecting a few times from my phonr while at work, on the work network which has worked in the past and it's failing with the same purple screen.

Also I've tried downloading the realm, it allows the download, but after clicking 'let's go!' no world has been saved locally, tries this on my tablet and phone as well with the same result.

the problem is most likely due to a link with the Xbox/live online account.
On IOS when I sign out of my Live account I can join a LAN game, but when I am logged in I cannot.
On windows10 edition (and on Lumia) you cannot sign out of the Live account...

Having the same issue of being stuck on the purple screen when loading realm. Multiple realm members on Windows 10 and PE devices encountering the same problem. All worked fine late last night.

Yeah. Now we can't play online. I was thought my phone or wifi have problem but now I know the reason. So annoying!! >_<

Getting this too on iOS. Deleted app and redownloaded it but makes no difference. Was fine yesterday. Select my realm from the list, it starts the loading process, then hangs indefinitely with just the purple background.

I am also having this issue. The realm was lagging and glitching a bit yesterday now today I can't get past loading screen. Wish we had some clue about what is going on.

Same problem for me and two other members of my realm. We also get stuck on the loading screen. We were experiencing an extreme amount of lag earlier this morning. Is Mojang performing server maintenance? If you are, could you please have the curtsey of sending us a simple pop up message?

Hello, I would like to make an addition to this bug. I had the same issue where I got stuck on the loading screen, and this also affected servers as well as my own realm. I reinstalled Minecraft and tried joining a server again and, as expected, I got stuck on the loading screen again, except this time there was text over the background that said "Syncing pack with server, please wait." I waited for a little while to see if it did anything but it never did anything else. There was an update to MCPE after I reinstalled the game, the issue was already there before the update. I am a beta tester of MCPE and have emailed Mojang regarding this issue, and I would advise anybody who is reading this to do the same.

Same thing happens to me for Pocket Edition 1.0.8 Logged in and out, restarted device, and tried different account with no luck.
