 Description

Whenever I create a world with a resource pack containing custom paintings, the game either crashes or the resource pack doesn't work. I tried this with 16x, 64x and 128x resolution paintings but it didn't work. I didn't forget to change the size of kz.png to 2048x or 1024x when trying it. I also changed the resolution of the paintings, i.e. images, to the required size. I tried replacing the painting of a woman holding a pig and the painting of a big hand and a fighter with my images to create the custom paintings. There was no error in manifest of the pack nor did the game show any and I know how to edit the manifest.json. This technique worked flawlessly in MCPE 1.0.6 but I don't know why it doesn't now. If this is a removed feature then please bring it back in the next update and if this is a bug please fix it asap.

Regards

Thank you for your report!

Crashes such as these are now logged automatically, so will be investigated further by the development team internally.
