If I put an Ocelot under the effect of Slowness 255 (which no mob that walks can move under, including ocelots) and move away somewhere else for a while, or exit to title and come back in, even though the Ocelots still appear to be under the effect and have the particles (all the other mobs can't move) they can walk around like there is no effect. |
