I can't use the /clone command because when i execute it, it just says cannot access blocks outside the world as shown in the image below |

Also test first on a single player world how the clone command is cloning... it seems to not be reliable for me on where it places the clone... even for command blocks! |

Are you making sure that if you are using relative coords that you are actually specifying with the ~ touching the - sign. |
