 Description   

I can't use the /clone command because when i execute it, it just says cannot access blocks outside the world as shown in the image below

It is fixed. I'm able to successfully clone

  • Please review the guidelines linked below and update the description in the correct format
  • Please include the full command you are attempting to use
  • Also, are you trying to clone blocks from far away? If so, it could be related to MCPE-19588

Also test first on a single player world how the clone command is cloning... it seems to not be reliable for me on where it places the clone... even for command blocks!

Are you making sure that if you are using relative coords that you are actually specifying with the ~ touching the - sign.
'-2' (current coord minus 2) is different from ' -2' (two parameters, current coord and -2 (2 below zero)) and totally different from '-2' (2 below zero)
