[MCPE-21251] Target selectors stopped working Created: 14/Apr/17  Updated: 12/Jun/18  Resolved: 12/Jun/18

Status: Resolved
Project: Minecraft (Bedrock codebase)
Component/s: None
Affects Version/s: 1.1.0.4
Fix Version/s: None

Type: Bug
Reporter: User 1946743377
Resolution: Cannot Reproduce Votes: 3

Confirmation Status: Unconfirmed
Platform: Phone - Android - Sony Xperia Z1

 Description

It seems as if target selectors have stopped working completely - any command which uses them, like /tell @p[r=5] Test won't work. Strangely enough, this doesn't seem to apply to commands in command blocks that were placed before the update.

Confirmed on iPhone 7.
For me, just the @p selector stopped working. For example, when I type "/kill @p", it returns me "Killed <myself>"

I can confirm this bug. Type selector works. But x,y,z and r fail. Name selectors work only without negation (name=!somenthing fails).
