 Description

Relates to MCPE-13187.
I guess you forgot about the star rotation when reorienting the sun/moon.
Sun/Moon rotate on the z-axis East to West.
Stars rotate on the x-axis North to South.
The Sun/Moon and the Stars now rotate 90deg out of phase, quite disorienting.

I have noticed this as well it started in 1.1.0.3 I believe it is still in 1.1.0.4 as well. So I can confirm this although I am not sure it is a bug but it is quite weird.
