 Description   

Commands /kill @e[type=arrow] cant remove arrow

That command should do the job

Steps
1 just place a command block
2 type the command (above)
3 activate, and there still an arrow
Easy!! No need steps just command

For reference, this has been a thing since commands were added in 0.16... I just kept forgetting to report it.

Confirmed. The arrows remain even though the command confirmation shows up.

Command can be typed in chat or using a command block, neither work.
