Water and leaf animations in shaders packs are now frozen. Galaxy s7

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Install SEUS PE "Ultra" or "1.1 Test".
  2. Look at water, leaves, grass, or vines.

What I expect to happen:
Those things are rendered with waving animation. Actually on ≦ 1.0.9 the animation was working correctly.

What actually happens:
They don't wave at all, completely still. uniform highp float TIME in renderchunk.fragment seems not to be updated along the time.

There is a bug now with shaders on the same platform and the shaders won't load any chunks

I can confirm this as fixed as of 1.5.0.4 though it was likely fixed earlier.

Yess, I seem to have this bug as well. It's is pressisting in version 1.1.5.1

Yep. This affects even non shader clouds. Big issue for most shaders. On my iPad Pro 12.9 in. 1st Generation, it seems to sometimes be fixed and sometimes it isn't. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

Confirmed to be affecting the released 1.1 on iOS.

It seems the game no longer updates the TIME uniform; its value is always 0. Consequently, any shaders which rely on that uniform for animation appear "frozen".
