 Description   

When ever I enter the command in a command block: /enchant @e
That command only works on the player, not every entity.
Please fix this bug

That's a different issue, but if fixing that fixes this as well, I guess it's fine

No I mean it doesn't work on: skeletons, strays, Wither skeletons, Zombie Pigmen, Zombies holding something, or husks as well as baby zombies, baby husks, baby zombie pigmen, zombie villagers (and baby). It doesn''t work if they are wearing armor

If the entity has a weapon in the hand the command still does not work

Invalid. What would you expect to happen for entities that can't hold anything?
