 Description

Minecart rails have a placement priority when they're placed and have more than two adjacent rails. This placement priority can be switched by powering the rail or the block it's on. Normally, powering the block switches the priority as expected (see right example in the image), however, powering the block before placing the rail down results in the rail not detecting that the block is powered when being placed, therefore using the old switching priority (see center example in image).
