When using the /give command, adding a damage value doesn't always apply correctly. What I expected to happen: What actually happened: Steps to Reproduce:
Note that the command /give @p diamond_pickaxe 1 250 is the highest damage value that applies to the diamond pickaxe. *Other Items with incorrect damage:
