When a block is powered by a repeter or a wire, the piston can't push this block.

The binary counter with piston don't work.

The binary counter in your screenshot does not work in PE because it uses two bugs in the PC edition which hasn't been ported to PE:

  • Quasi Connectivity: PC pistons can also be activated by powering spaces right above them, which isn't the case in PE.
  • Non-sticky sticky pistons: PC pistons can "drop" and leave blocks behind when they receive a 1 rs tick on-pulse, which isn't the case in PE either.

These are not intended features but just are bugs that haven't been fixed in PC for reasons. Don't be disappointed though, as you can always make working binary counters in PE simply by chaining T-FF circuits. See Memory circuit for further information.

By any chance do you mean you can't let sticky pistons leave blocks behind by giving them a 1 tick pulse?

All blocks except obsidian can't be pushed

What block cannot be pushed?
