 Description

Active redstone signals are not restored properly on world load.

In the video below, before I restart, the redstone signals are active, propagating around in a very large circle. The signal correctly triggers both the redstone lamp and piston each time around the circle.

However, after save&exit + reload everything is broken. There looks to be at ~3 pulses running around the circuit now.

Sure, attached. Instructions:
1. Load level
2. Don't move the player (better reproducible)
3. Click the button and observe the light
4. Exit world
5. Reload world
6. Observe the light now (you may see 2 more more pulses instead of 1). If you don't see the bug, try reloading again. MCPE-20159.mcworld

Would it be possible to upload a world save with the setup you are having this problem with please?

This could be related to MCPE-13608 but I wasn't sure. Feel free to post the video under that bug if that makes tracking easier
