 Description

The bone meal shown in the screenshot has just disappeared and can't be found anywhere now. It's not still in the crafting table or my inventory nor is it on the floor. It's just gone. Like my sheep, cattle and chickens sometime do when I go mining.

Thanks for the response Mega Spud. I tried looking up on Minecraft Wiki and Minecraft forum to see if there was anything on Bone Blocks but got no 'hits' on my searches. Also in Wiki and the forum, it isn't always clear what is in which. Sometimes I see stuff referred to as MCPE (Which they say is pretty much the same as Win10) but then I find my Win10 has things that it says MCPE hasn't. I know and understand BETA but it would save time and effort for all if things were clearer.

As for the disappearing 64 bone meal. They were in the crafting table whilst I was paused in the game during writing my issue up. I went back in the game and closed the table allowing them to fall to the floor. When I picked them up there was only twenty four or so in my inventory. As for the number, it can be seen that the table held 72 so that meant a bundle of 64 went missing, with the other 8 being added to what was still in my inventory, leaving me with 20-30.

Thank you for your report!

deckhanddave: Sorry for not responding earlier.

This ticket was 'resolved' as Incomplete as it did not contain enough information:

The Issue Guidelines give an idea as to how to write a useful report a bug so that we can try and recreate the problem, and it can be looked at further.

With regard to your other points, as stated in your previous ticket, bone blocks haven't been added to MCPE yet. If you want to see the feature differences between game versions, you can check out / search the Minecraft wiki, or ask for community help in various places (link below). Your problem of disappearing mobs (animals) is an ongoing issue that has been reported in an earlier ticket (MCPE-8002). Without more information, it's impossible to know what happened to your lost items, perhaps they despawned. You do not need to amend closed tickets, you can either comment in them or create a new ticket for separate issues.

Is this how Mojang resolve issues? Just call it resolved so it is? My first issue was resolved as bone block isn't available but it doesn't explain why I lost 64 bone meal or why my cattle, sheep and chickens like to disappear. There was no possibility to amend my first issue so I had to do a second as an addition to it. You might want to change that in the future.

While I'm at it, why don't you make it plain what is and what isn't available on each different platform? I searched for the Bone Block being unavailable but got no answers found. Half the time I look for Win10 answers and get other platforms.

Not everyone is a blockhead or Geek with infinite knowledge of Minecraft and it's different flavours. I became one because I have a 7 year old Granddaughter who is an addict and keeps asking questions I have no idea about. I have used Wiki and the Minecraft Forum to find answers but when I can't find one I have to look to the game producers. I have seen that others have complained about livestock disappearing but I haven't found any solid answers to say the problem was ever fixed or resolved. As I haven't given up searching on that yet, I haven't raised it as an issue, yet.

Thanks for your time.
