 Description   

When I use command /fill which can build tower of blocks imstantly altitude more than 128 (mean y code on coordinate),the error shown "you cannot place blocks at outside the world".What can I say on 1.0 height limits is 256.This command still used v0.16.0 alpha.

However, this issue has been closed as Cannot Reproduce.

We were unable to reproduce the problem you are describing.

Using the command `/fill ~ ~ ~ ~ 255 ~ stone` creates a column of stone up to the new build height successfully.
