 Description   

MCWIN10 1.0
Windows 10, Intel atom n570 integrated graphics, 2gb ram.

I've spent months optimizing Windows 10. I run MCWIN10 on lowest
graphics setting. With 1.0.0 I achieve between 1 to 2 frames per second.
With the older 0.16.0 version I was able to achieve approx 15 fps.

The lowest render distance setting for 0.16.0 was 8, but now with
version 1.0 the render distance is 16.

I edited options.txt but could only lower vr_renderdistance:128
I also lowered vr_msaa:0 and all the other graphics settings as low as they
can go.

Does this bug stiff affect 1.2.1?
