I cannot reproduce in 1.0.4.1. The 1.0.4.1 changelog states that this has been fixed, and I am unable to reproduce it in the latest beta. Make sure you are running the latest MCPE beta version: 1.0.4 beta build 2 AKA 1.0.4.1. Resolving as fixed... if you are still able to reproduce this bug in 1.0.4.1, let me know and I'll reopen this ticket.

Interestingly, this bug only seems to occur with sheep, and not with any other mobs. I've tested cows, pigs, rabbits, & mooshrooms... and all of them acted as you would expect, except that they didn't drop cooked meat at all (only raw), which may be a bug, since they WERE technically on fire when they died.

Also, if the sheep is NOT one-shot-killed, and it's killing blow is made while it is already on fire, then it will initially drop cooked mutton, and then drop MORE cooked mutton a couple moments later. It's like the sheep is dying twice... once because of the power of the bow, and the 2nd time because of the fire.
