 Description   

When you look at glass that is underwater or on the side of water opposite of you, it has a graphical glitch. Picture included.

Mod Edit: all blocks transparent to light z-fight with the water texture whilst inside that water. Expected them to appear normally, as shown in the screenshot showing the blocks from outside the water.
