 Description

Xperia Z5

When I try to extend a piston towards an end crystal it doesn't do much damage to the surrounding mobs and players. But it does to the blocks. It doesn't even knock the player away unless you're standing on the same block as the crystal (knockback power is also less than normal). See the pic. I used a redstone block to power the piston to blow up the end crystal.

Thank you for your report!
However, this issue has been closed as a *Won't Fix.

End crystals have the correct explosion damage in the End (when on fire). They should be able to be pushed when not on a fire block, which is covered by the ticket MCPE-19760.

I can confirm that when an End Crystal is within the extended arm of a piston, its blast impact to the player is severely reduced.

See ticket MCPE-19760 for a related issue.

They don't do much damage to players and mobs when you're standing around the crystal. But they do when you're on the same block.
