 Description   

Skeleton Horses keep getting struck by lightning and multiplying by 4 whenever I get near one. It's actually starting to get annoying and lag my world. There's at least 50 skeleton horses right now.

The lightning is also occurring when it isn't raining at all. (I'm in creative and I use /weather clear)

It turned out to be a duplicate of MCPE-17638. Closing.

But Donut_, trap horses don't need it to rain to trigger. See http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Horse#Skeleton_trap

Confirmed on 0.16.2 / iOS.
Skeleton trap horses should transform themselves into skeleton horsemen when triggered. They should lose the ability to spawn other horsemen. However in 0.16.2 their "trap" state is permanent and keep spawning others.
