 Description   

When I have the In-game music on Full volume or any volume, nothing plays. The issue has been present since 0.16.0.

I kinda have done some game folder "digging" and I have found that music folder has been moved to resource packs while sounds.json (apperantly the file that set the music and sound effects) is still trying to load music files from the original position and maybe that is why music not working on win 10

Music in the menu doesn't play either... (Win 10). It used to work before 0.16.2 update.

No, it's not Note blocks because when I have the Music volume on 0 the Note blocks still work.

I believe the music tab currently only effects note blocks

Same here in windows 10 but for me it started with 0.16.2
