Naturally-generated chorus plants can sometimes generate through End City structures, resulting in formations that will break upon a block update as seen in the attached screenshot.

Fixed in 1.0.2. Nope, it's just that the test case stopped working, possibly due to world generation tweaks affecting where chorus plants generated or something like that.

Also, if you could provide the seed where you saw this bug occur, as well as the coordinates (Use /tp @p ~ ~ ~ to see your coordinates), that would be really helpful for reproducing this bug!
