 Description   

I had 2 tamed horses attached to a fence with leads.
After exiting and restarting the game multiple times the horses where no longer there. One horse was far away, the other horse close to the fence, with a lead item placed on the ground.
I tried to reproduce this, which I only managed once when I was far away from the fence to just be visible.

Could this be caused by the horse and the attached lead being placed in different junks (similar to MCPE-11477) so that not both ends of the lead are loaded?

This issue is now happening in the current Bedrock on windows 10 when leashing Alay. I have 3 and every time I log in there is between 0 and 2 of them the leash has broken and the knot is still on the fencepost.

Confirm that 1.12 has this problem
I went to the Ocean Monument
Before that, I locked the horse
And when I came back
The rope disappears
Snow Golem also had this situation before
Although at this time the bolt itself is working properly
I found that this is a sign that the Leads will soon disappear

This bug still exists in 1.0.2 on Windows 10.

I can reproduce this using the small world attached.

You can see multiple horses attached with a lead. Go back until you only see the one horse closest to the player. I placed a torch at about this distance.

When you then quit the game and restart there is a good chance that one or more horses detach when you run back to the horses.

In the screenshot you can see the result of the bug: a leed item lies on the floor and the fence pole still has a part of the lead drawn around it. But the horse is free without lead.

i allways fix my horse and mules with lead - never seen them coming off after restart (0.15 and 0.16, galaxy tab pro)
