 Description

It's different sound than PC or the previous PE update.

To do this, ignite a tnt block and listen to the new sound.

The explosion sounded like it was played over an old speaker when you hear it at it's highest pitch. However, this may not be the case for all devices.

Please fix this! It's very annoying! Don't think, Jay, that it should be valid feature!

The TNT seems to use the same sound effect as the wither skulls when colliding with blocks. Perhaps that's where the bug is?

It's happening in 1.1.0.0.

Comment by Zeb [ 29/Mar/17 ]

Is this still occurring in 1.0.5.54 and/or 1.0.6.0?

Comment by gatharian [ 03/Jan/17 ]

Confirmed. It sounds like the tnt explosion was played over an old speaker.

Please mark in "Affects Versions" to 1.0.0. Because this Issue is happening in this version

Creepers, Ghast's fireballs, Wither's projectiles, etc., all make the new blast sounds. I think this is working as intended, but not entirely sure myself.
