When using the behavior add-on template, the /loot_tables/gameplay/fishing.json file does not seem to be read by the game. No matter what changes are made to the file, fishing seems to keep the default behavior. |

Unfortunately, this bug is actually a thing. Confirmed to affect 1.0.6.0. |
