 Description   

When using the behavior add-on template, the /loot_tables/gameplay/fishing.json file does not seem to be read by the game. No matter what changes are made to the file, fishing seems to keep the default behavior.

Unfortunately, this bug is actually a thing. Confirmed to affect 1.0.6.0.
