 Description

Minecarts can pass through and get stuck in blocks when they ride down a slanted rail with a block in front of the rail. See attached pictures.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build a rail setup like the one in the screenshot.
2. Place a minecart on the first rail on the left.
3. The minecart will automatically start moving, go down the slanted rail, and get stuck in the block.

Any response from the Java devs?

This was fixed and then reverted because fixing this breaks parity with Java. We are sending this back to the design team so they can tell us if this is actually a bug or by design.
