 Description

Since the recent update, the Respiration enchantment on armor hardly increases visibility underwater especially when swimming near and in an Ocean Monument. I'm using Respiration III the highest enchantment for Respiration and there's very little visibility. I'm able to see the Ocean monument but you have to be directly in front of it and you still cannot see very well. I did tests between Respiration I, II and III and found very little differences in each. The biggest problem is if a guardian attacked you, you wouldn't be able to see the attacker. This is also an issue with Water Breathing potion. Please see MCPE-16691

I can confirm that the console version (Before "Better Together" update) visibility underwater is up to par with the PC java version. This really needs to be addressed in the Pocket version or you would simply be adding a new bug to the console version.

Can confirm this also happens for me and it's really annoying when trying to explore ocean monuments. Even adding water breathing and night vision etc makes next to no difference. Please could this get fixed. It seems to be somewhat of a longer standing issue judging by the report dates.
