ok

I think this is a duplicate of MCPE-16698. Try disabling the option "view bobbing".

i figured it out, its more gleetchy when i open GUI (chests, chat, inventoory, etc.)!
also im experimenting by turning render distance down to 6

ok will do thx

Comment by rplatham [ 03/Sep/16 ]

OK try again right after a hard power off of your device (to clear memory completely) definitely leave texture pack on vanilla until we figure it out.

Comment by Dylan Steffen [ 03/Sep/16 ]

this time it was 20 seconds in the same world.
WITHOUT the plastic. 18 seconds below the test WITH the plastic.

ok

Hold on, you said in the description of your bug:
"No mods/addons
No textures"
You just said you were using Plastic texture pack. Try the test again without the texture pack this time.

the screen went blank after 38 seconds with me just walking around.
mode was creative
type was flat
difficulty was peaceful
time was always day
cheats were off
and i forgot to turn of plastic texturepack
i never opened any GUI
i never placed anything.
seems about the same to me.
your answer?

Comment by Dylan Steffen [ 03/Sep/16 ]

ok doing right now

Comment by rplatham [ 03/Sep/16 ]

Seems unlikely to be a resource issue to me. But to be sure, run mcpe and make a new creative flat world on peaceful always day. Start the world but don't do anything G other than walking a few blocks every now and then to keep your device from going to sleep. Wait to see how long before mcpe closes. Do that a few times and report back I'd you think that game is closing less frequently, about the same, or more frequently.

idk how to tell but i thing by the looks of the cpu bar thingy it seems to stay below 2.50 mb therefore, not making much of a difference.

Comment by Dylan Steffen [ 03/Sep/16 ]

ok ill turn that on

Comment by Kyle Bartush [ 03/Sep/16 ]

And yes I mean CPU usage

Comment by Kyle Bartush [ 03/Sep/16 ]

86.10 what? 223 what? MB? GB?

Comment by Dylan Steffen [ 03/Sep/16 ]

when i go to running apps its not there but if i go into app info it says total usage is 86.10 mb which wouldnt make much of a difference, considering my available ram when i go to running apps is 223 mb after getting rid of a bunch of apps i dont need taking up space.

Comment by Dylan Steffen [ 03/Sep/16 ]

umm the recent apps button?
orrrrr... show cpu usage?
or settings, apps, running?

Comment by Kyle Bartush [ 03/Sep/16 ]

Does your tablet have a button you can press to open your active applications?

Comment by Kyle Bartush [ 03/Sep/16 ]

Honestly I don't know, I have a Ssung Galaxy s5 so I'm not familiar with acer devices. I can figure it out in a second though

Comment by Dylan Steffen [ 03/Sep/16 ]

how do i tell?

Comment by Kyle Bartush [ 03/Sep/16 ]

And how much is used when minecraft is running?

Comment by Dylan Steffen [ 03/Sep/16 ]

1 GB

Comment by Kyle Bartush [ 03/Sep/16 ]

Sounds like a RAM issue. How much RAM is available on your device?

Comment by Dylan Steffen [ 03/Sep/16 ]

actually its just that the world dissapears. it can happen anytime.
all the gui is still there.

Comment by Zeb [ 03/Sep/16 ]

I think this bug may be the same as MCPE-16824, except the screen turns black because it is nighttime. Was it nighttime in your world, Dylan Steffen?

Please give as much information as possible about your device and OS, any installed mods, texture packs and what you have tried to do to resolve the issue.
