 Description

You should be able to place more torches by clicking against another torch.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Place one torch
  • Tap or click that torch with another
  • It should have placed a second torch beside the first, but did not.

In PC/Java you can place torches in the manner described, but not in Pocket Edition.

Please see the attached files to see the differences - And take note of the crosshair position
(Yellow is PC/Java, Red is MCPE)

Another way to see how torch placement should behave:

  • Place a flower pot
  • Tap the side of the flower pot
  • Notice how it places another adjacently.

I am afraid I can not reproduce this issue. I can place torches on either side of the fence while shifting. Please provide a step by step repro and screenshots.

No, If theres 2 fences next to each other and theres a torch on 1 of them and you shift click on the torch the torch will not go on the fence! (The Issue before was due to a server glitch)

Do you mean that you can not place a torch on a fence when you are shifting?
